Leads strategic relationships with North American construction executives, driving adoption and measurable outcomes from Buildots’ construction intelligence platform. Advises clients on best practices, develops enterprise initiatives and ROI analyses, identifies account expansion opportunities, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role requires deep construction or ConTech expertise, consultative relationship management, change management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and product development.

Sell Buildots' construction intelligence platform to semiconductor fabrication and mission-critical facility owners. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, exceed quotas, drive pipeline via networking and events, manage forecasting and reporting, and provide customer feedback to product and CS teams.

The role involves driving sales growth by acquiring new customers in the Data Center sector, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining customer relationships.
