Manages a cloud services team and oversees cloud strategy, infrastructure deployment, architecture, optimization, security, compliance, documentation, and disaster recovery. Supervises up to 15 employees while aligning cloud operations with organizational and business objectives.

Analyze, design, program, test, implement and support application software and system interfaces (notably Epic and lab integrations). Lead projects, train and supervise staff, develop specifications and documentation, evaluate vendor products, coordinate installations, and maintain system improvements and quality assurance.

Designs, implements, and maintains secure, scalable public and private cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, performance and cost optimization, troubleshooting, automation, security policy enforcement, disaster recovery, documentation, project leadership, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborates with development, operations, and security teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions in an enterprise healthcare environment.
