Manages mid-market commercial insurance accounts by supporting renewals, preparing submissions and coverage documentation, obtaining loss runs, coordinating certificates and proofs of insurance, and maintaining accurate agency records. Partners with Account Executives to place and grow accounts, performs quality control on policies and claims documentation, and delivers timely client service while managing multiple priorities.

Provides safety, property loss control, and risk management consulting to commercial customers. Conducts facility assessments, analyzes losses and trends, develops mitigation plans, coordinates insurers and customers, prepares COPE reports, supports property inspections, and delivers training and webinars. Applies NFPA and FM Global standards, fire protection expertise, OSHA requirements, and workers’ compensation best practices. The consultant also supports renewals, new business opportunities, construction risk reviews, and customer recommendations.

Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients as primary contact; lead onboarding, renewals, benchmarking, compliance, and financial reporting; develop client strategies, vendor relationships, and provide data-driven insights to retain and grow business.
