Lead planning and execution of neuroscience clinical trials as Clinical Trial Lead. Oversee study startup, conduct, and close-out activities; supervise clinical scientists; develop and review protocols, ICFs, CRFs, clinical narratives and CSRs; perform clinical data review, trend identification and query resolution; support site-facing training and cross-functional collaboration; liaise with external partners and contribute to clinical development planning and regulatory documents.

Provides medical accountability and oversight for Phase 1-3 neuroscience clinical trials. Performs medical monitoring, safety assessment, protocol input, site interactions, and medical education. Designs clinical plans with cross-functional teams, leads benefit/risk analysis, supports regulatory and health authority interactions, authors clinical content, and cultivates investigator and thought-leader relationships.

Lead global regulatory strategy for Neuroscience development and marketed products. Serve as primary interface with health authorities, build global regulatory plans, advise cross-functional teams, evaluate regulatory landscape, support due diligence and submissions, and guide regional regulatory staff to align development and commercialization strategies.
