Manages sales and profitability across an assigned territory through consultative customer engagement, retention, cross-selling, new business development, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and CRM administration. The role conducts customer visits, identifies market opportunities, coordinates with internal stakeholders, manages proposals and pipelines, and maintains product and market knowledge. Experience in chemical distribution sales is preferred.

Develop and execute Brenntag North America's Beauty & Personal Care content and marketing strategy. Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, webinars, digital events, and landing pages; manage marketing and editorial calendars; create thought leadership and sales enablement content; analyze market trends, customer feedback, campaign performance, and KPIs; and collaborate with sales, technical, and supplier teams to support customer acquisition, brand positioning, and growth.

Supervise chemical manufacturing operations, production personnel, facilities, equipment, budgets, safety, quality, inventory, and customer demand. Develop procedures, schedules, training, and efficiency improvements while ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance. Lead investigations, audits, capital projects, safety initiatives, and employee development. Manage staffing, performance reviews, operational expenses, invoices, waste disposition, and production standards across the facility.
