Identify and pursue biopharma specialty growth across North America by developing go-to-market strategies, building customer relationships and pipelines, negotiating contracts, supporting product rollouts, providing technical and regulatory market support, and using sales forecasting and data analysis to meet revenue and GP targets.

Oversee daily operations of multiple distribution facilities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient chemical handling, storage, transportation, and delivery. Drive operational excellence, inventory and equipment reliability, budget and KPI management, regulatory readiness, and people development. Partner with EHS, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain to support growth and continuous improvement.

Manage sales in an assigned territory to maximize sales and profit via consultative selling, customer visits, cross- and range-selling, new customer generation, CRM management, pricing, forecasting, and stakeholder coordination.

The Project Manager will coordinate workstreams across business and IT teams, ensuring timely execution of projects while managing risks and stakeholder relations.
