Design and coordinate HVAC systems for healthcare, commercial, higher education, and laboratory projects. Responsibilities include load calculations, ductwork and piping design, equipment selection, specifications, system sequences, interdisciplinary coordination, RFI responses, submittal reviews, contractor support, field verification, and managing design work plans across SD, DD, and CD phases.

Designs and drafts electrical engineering plans, develops system concepts, translates schematics into floor plans, reviews product data, performs field verification, coordinates with project teams and vendors, and supports project schedules and documentation. The role requires Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication, electrical engineering knowledge, and the ability to manage deadlines and site visits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and EIT certification; PE licensure and healthcare or institutional design experience are preferred.

Designs and drafts electrical engineering plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
