Lead execution and optimization of multi-channel ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), align campaigns with sales and field marketing, manage paid media, maintain account segmentation and intent data, monitor account-level engagement and pipeline influence, and continuously test and optimize using AI tools. Mentor one team member and coordinate creative, analytics, and execution across internal teams and partners.

Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns (email, events, webinars, social, content) to generate leads. Create content, manage post-event outreach, coordinate collateral and partner activities, report performance, optimize programs using AI tools, and ensure information security and data privacy compliance.

Lead design, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise SAP Commerce (Hybris) eCommerce platforms. Own RCA for critical incidents, implement hotfixes/enhancements, enforce code quality, mentor developers, collaborate on release planning and governance, ensure PCI/ADA/security compliance, and cross-train teams on Hybris, Java, and GraphQL integrations.
