Provides office management and executive administrative support to the VP of R&D and site leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, travel and expense processing, onboarding, events, front desk coverage, office safety, document preparation, confidential information handling, employee support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Develops and executes manual and automated tests for electrophysiology software, including user interfaces and algorithms. Creates test scripts, debugs automation frameworks, documents results, reports defects, and supports test strategy and data setup. Collaborates with software, hardware, field support, and Scrum teams in a Linux environment using Python and various testing and development tools. The role involves electronic lab equipment and medical device quality practices.

Provides manufacturing engineering support for medical device kitting, rework, postponement, and production activities. Leads new product and process introductions, process development, verification and validation, value improvement, root-cause analysis, workflow optimization, and moderately complex engineering projects. Partners with Production, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams while developing technical documentation, supporting employee training, and evaluating emerging manufacturing technologies.
