Creates test scripts, debugs automation frameworks, documents results, reports defects, and supports test strategy and data setup. Collaborates with software, hardware, field support, and Scrum teams in a Linux environment using Python and various testing and development tools. The role involves electronic lab equipment and medical device quality practices.

Supports SAP and enterprise platform transformation by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinating testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare. Partners with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve regulated manufacturing operations, automate manual work, manage change, and drive initiatives through implementation.

Supports global supply chain planning, including SI&OP, demand forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and performance analysis. Uses Kinaxis RapidResponse to maintain planning data and assists with automating supply chain reporting. Contributes to cross-functional projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and supporting completion. This is a 12-week, onsite internship in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Leads strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, innovation, risk mitigation, and supply continuity. Partners cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. Performs total-cost and financial analyses, develops sourcing strategies and contingency plans, presents recommendations to leadership, and influences commercial decisions. Coaches peers and manages complex, high-spend supplier relationships with significant organizational impact.

Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and financial modeling. Evaluates business opportunities, acquisitions, products, tax planning, and spending initiatives through scenario and sensitivity analysis. Develops financial processes and recommends actions based on financial performance. Requires manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience, SAP expertise, strong analytical skills, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and process improvement capabilities.

Coordinates employee engagement events, site visits, leadership meetings, and administrative projects from planning through completion. Manages schedules, budgets, vendors, procurement, logistics, stakeholder communications, visitor access, catering, and action tracking. Supports office administration and improves event, meeting, visitor, and operational processes while working cross-functionally with employees, leaders, contractors, and business partners.
