Teams at Boston Public Health Commission

Support development and evaluation of Graph Neural Network forecasting models for seasonal influenza using historical and current surveillance data; integrate multiple public health data sources, build reproducible R/Python workflows, support visualization and deployment, and document methods for sustainability.

Lead and supervise public health program activities including coalition building, community education, grant and fiscal management, data collection and evaluation, communications, event coordination, and staff supervision to achieve program goals.

Provide leadership and oversight for emergency planning, healthcare preparedness, community resilience, training/exercises, continuity and recovery, workforce readiness, capability assessment, and climate resilience. Manage staff, grants, budgets, partnerships, and compliance with CDC PHEP and ASPR HPP; support incident activations and the Medical Intelligence Center.
