Coordinate administrative, fiscal, and operational functions for the Office of Racial Equity and Community Engagement. Manage meeting logistics, materials, event planning, communications, surveys, and reporting. Create culturally responsive health education and graphic design assets, track activities in Excel/databases, monitor budgets and purchase orders, support hiring/onboarding, co-facilitate trainings, and engage community and internal stakeholders to advance racial and health equity.

Support community engagement and violence-prevention work by building relationships with residents and partners, assisting outreach and pilot programs, documenting outcomes, identifying gaps, and helping translate community feedback into healing-centered prevention strategies that advance equity and leadership in Boston neighborhoods.

The Nurse Coordinator leads maternal/child health initiatives, providing education, data management, and supervising staff while ensuring equitable healthcare practices.
