Provides strategic and tactical HR partnership to a physician organization, advising leaders on organizational development, employee relations, staffing, compensation, engagement, change management, restructuring, and talent strategy. Coordinates with HR functions, supports employment-law compliance, manages enterprise HR programs, and develops solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong consultation, communication, influence, project management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Manages Department of Medicine projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, team coordination, risk management, reporting, and post-implementation reviews. Collects, validates, analyzes, and visualizes data from clinical, research, and administrative systems. Provides administrative support to department leadership and maintains the research website.

Leads the hospital’s full-cycle talent acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, sourcing, staffing operations, vendor and search-firm relationships, compliance reporting, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives. Manages a team of approximately 10 recruiters, oversees the recruiting budget, partners with executives and hiring managers, develops policies and processes, and uses Workday reporting to evaluate recruitment performance and address workforce needs.
