Staff Accountant responsible for project cost accounting, variance investigation, monthly and year-end reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, expense reporting, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. The role partners with project managers and employees to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate, timely financial information. This office-based position reports to the Controller and requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Technical lead for hands-on embedded firmware development: RTOS-based systems, hardware bring-up, driver development, board-level debugging, and cross-discipline integration. Owns architecture, processes, design reviews, mentoring, and ensures real-time performance, reliability, and smooth transition from R&D to production for robotics, maritime, and autonomous platforms.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for digital products, write and integrate code (up to 50% hands-on), create deployment plans, support demos and field trials (30% travel), transition prototypes to production, and mentor engineers.
