Perform static and dynamic FEA on robotic components, learn CFD and thermal-structural analysis, support physical testing, improve simulation workflows, automate tasks with Python or MATLAB, document results, and collaborate with mechanical design and manufacturing teams to optimize robotic hardware.

Lead cross-functional operations programs bridging engineering development and scalable manufacturing. Manage Operations Core Teams, resource-loaded schedules, NPI build plans, production readiness, risks, priorities, change management, and stakeholder communication. Drive production-floor issue resolution, process improvement, and sustainable mechanisms across TechOps, Production Control, Supply Chain, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Provides independent safety assurance for robotic systems across hardware, software, firmware, controls, AI/ML, perception, actuation, and human-robot interaction. Develops safety strategies, requirements, safety cases, V&V plans, acceptance criteria, risk analyses, and objective evidence. Evaluates releases, model and hardware changes, investigates incidents, supports corrective actions, and translates regulations into engineering processes. Partners cross-functionally on safety reviews, certification, audits, and readiness decisions for autonomous mobile robots.
