Develop full stack systems for Atlas, including operator dashboards and observability frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders for practical solutions.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, advising on organizational effectiveness, change management, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, leadership development, employee relations and investigations, performance coaching, and people analytics. Drive integrated HR solutions with TA, Total Rewards, and L&D, ensure legal and policy compliance, mitigate people-related risks, and scale HR programs to support growth.

Develop and manage a sales pipeline for the Spot product line, build customer relationships, qualify leads, perform demos, close deals, support trade shows and sales materials, and coordinate with partners and government customers.
