Responsibilities include building and managing a multidisciplinary team, developing risk-based verification strategies, leading DVP&R planning and execution, creating robust test methods and fixtures, ensuring requirements traceability, analyzing failures, supporting product characterization, and qualifying complex robotic systems for high-volume production.

Designs and manages data-collection curricula for Atlas autonomous behavior training. Responsibilities include translating training goals into pilot tasks, prioritizing backlogs, creating playbooks, tracking dataset completion, identifying blockers, coaching robot pilots, monitoring demonstration quality, forecasting prop and equipment needs, and maintaining documentation change control. The role coordinates closely with Behavior, Data Operations, annotation, and pilot teams while supporting scheduled and occasional off-hours operations.

Perform static and dynamic FEA on robotic components, learn CFD and thermal-structural analysis, support physical testing, improve simulation workflows, automate tasks with Python or MATLAB, document results, and collaborate with mechanical design and manufacturing teams to optimize robotic hardware.
