Teams at Boston College High School

Provides nursing care to students in grades 7–12, including urgent and planned assessment, treatment, medication administration, health education, concussion and injury management, and follow-up. Maintains confidential health records, coordinates individualized care plans, screenings, CPR classes, referrals, and emergency preparedness. Ensures compliance with Massachusetts nursing standards and Department of Public Health regulations, collaborates with families, physicians, school staff, and agencies, and serves as a health resource and mandated reporter.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major and planned gifts (six- and seven-figure), meet annual fundraising goals, write proposals and donor materials, build engagement strategies, identify new prospects, and represent the school at events. Regular travel and evening/weekend work required.
