Lead redevelopment and management of the Bachelor of Design Studies program: conduct curriculum investigation, coordinate with college stakeholders, manage accreditation and assessment, hire and mentor adjunct faculty, support student retention, teach six credits yearly, oversee budgets, and represent the program publicly.

The Director leads data strategy and governance efforts, fostering data-informed decision making, oversees analytics initiatives and collaborates with leadership for institutional effectiveness at BAC.
