Own technical direction, architecture, and delivery commitments; drive DSP infrastructure, reuse, and scalability; collaborate with product, firmware, systems, research, and UX teams; coach and grow experienced DSP engineers; remove barriers and prioritize work to enable execution and integration of ML-based audio technologies into production.

Lead industrial design from concept through mass production for consumer audio products. Collaborate with engineering, PM, marketing, UX/UI, CMF, and manufacturing to deliver production-ready solutions. Drive cross-functional alignment, balance design intent with technical, cost, and schedule constraints, create presentations, renderings, CAD, and prototypes, and manage multiple projects while upholding high craft and quality standards.
