Supports supply chain business operations and continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, mapping current- and future-state processes, identifying waste and inefficiencies, and developing standardized workflows. Creates process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and process guides using Visio and Microsoft Office. Validates data, tracks improvement initiatives, supports project activities, identifies automation opportunities, and communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Lead customer-facing engagements to design, deploy, govern, and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and cloud solutions. Advise on identity, security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI; develop adoption and change-management strategies; analyze usage and business impact; and coordinate partners to scale solutions.

Translate and localize gaming-related content into Polish (native-level), including releases, marketing, support articles, and customer materials. Use CAT tools, manage short- and long-term projects, reprioritize work for last-minute changes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality across platforms and operating systems.
