Lead Blueland’s retail sales strategy and execution across grocery, e-commerce, specialty, and discount channels. Own customer P&Ls, annual business plans, forecasting collaboration, shopper marketing, trade, retailer relationships, broker performance, and innovation presentations. Partner cross-functionally to achieve revenue and profitability goals, build data-backed selling stories, and expand sustainable products across retail accounts. Travel is required 1–2 times per month.

Contract Analytics Engineer maintaining Looker and LookML dashboards, reporting, data operations, sales pacing, data QA, vendor workflows, board reporting, forecasting, and planning support during a director’s maternity leave. The role requires strong SQL and Snowflake skills, analytics engineering experience, vendor management, Git/GitHub proficiency, documentation, and independent work in a lean data team.

Own supply and inventory planning for Blueland’s Amazon-focused Marketplace channel. Translate demand forecasts into production, purchasing, replenishment, and inventory deployment plans; coordinate with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams. Monitor inventory, inbound materials, service levels, promotions, and supply risks while balancing working capital. Support launches, promotions, and discontinuations, maintain planning data, manage purchase orders, and improve supply planning processes.
