Build and operate scalable ML infrastructure and platform capabilities across cloud and on-premises environments. Develop Python-based developer tooling, services, and production systems supporting experimentation, distributed training, model deployment, and operations. Lead complex initiatives from architecture through rollout, improve reliability and developer productivity, and partner with ML and infrastructure teams. The role emphasizes Kubernetes, AWS, distributed compute, GPU-intensive workloads, observability, and production excellence.

Lead and own cross-organizational technical programs for ML and robotics platform development, define roadmaps and milestones, remove blockers, align diverse engineering teams, and drive adoption of platform best practices to deliver scalable autonomy and infrastructure outcomes.

Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for complex robotics software supporting autonomous platforms. Design fault-tolerant systems for vehicle control, motion planning, localization, perception, controls, and fleet management. Collaborate across robotics, hardware, machine learning, perception, systems engineering, and product teams; establish software standards, testing, deployment, and validation practices; debug hardware-software integrations; and mentor engineers. The role focuses on reliable, safety-critical production software for autonomous agricultural and heavy machinery.
