Analyze healthcare cost, utilization, market, and profitability data using actuarial methods, statistical models, and visualizations. Develop analyses and recommendations for new products, provider payment structures, healthcare delivery mechanisms, financial performance, and cost-benefit decisions. Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders while participating in a rotational actuarial leadership development program and progressing toward an FSA designation.

The Data Scientist will analyze complex healthcare datasets, build Python-based reporting pipelines, clean and validate data, and create tables, visualizations, and PowerPoint presentations. They will identify cost and utilization drivers, answer account questions, improve client-facing analytics, and collaborate with underwriting, medical management, sales, finance, and other business partners. The role requires translating complex analyses into actionable insights while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Executes compensation and benefits analytics, job evaluations, market benchmarking, survey management, predictive modeling, workflow automation, HRIS administration, and dashboard creation. The role provides actionable total rewards insights to HR leadership, HR business partners, and Talent Acquisition while supporting merit cycles, bonus allocations, benefits enrollment, data integrity, and labor-cost forecasting.
