The Vice President & GM, Product Management will lead product strategy for AI-powered search, recommendations, and merchandising, drive product convergence, and oversee business KPIs to improve revenue for Bloomreach's solutions across the commerce sector.

Manage and optimize paid media across the Americas, including search and social campaigns, bid strategy, creative briefs, landing pages and A/B tests in HubSpot. Analyze full-funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROAS), own budget pacing and forecasting, collaborate with SDRs and ad partners, and ensure accurate measurement amid privacy and tracking changes.
