Drives Bloomreach’s U.S.-focused media relations and executive PR strategy. Responsibilities include pitching stories, managing press inquiries, preparing executives, writing press releases and bylines, building reporter relationships, managing awards submissions, coordinating PR agencies, supporting internal communications, and analyzing media coverage. The role requires strong writing, strategic judgment, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex AI and technology topics into compelling business narratives.

Own technical product marketing for Bloomreach’s APIs, integrations, and agentic AI platform. Translate platform capabilities into positioning, use cases, partner launch strategies, customer storylines, sales enablement, and go-to-market materials. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, partners, sales, and technical buyers. Define launch metrics, coordinate milestones, communicate product value, and evaluate post-launch results.

Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate secure enterprise AI adoption. Define AI security standards, chair AI governance, drive AI FinOps and vendor risk management, deploy automated guardrails to prevent data leakage, and translate business needs into technical roadmaps while partnering with GRC, Legal, Finance, and Product.
