As a Sr. Software Engineer at Bloomerang, you will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and enhance SaaS solutions while utilizing .NET and AI tools. You will ensure scalable, maintainable applications, advocate for Agile workflows, and focus on quality outcomes in software development.

Administer and improve the Salesforce platform by managing configuration changes, flows, metadata, permissions, users, security, data access, integrations, and third-party applications. Gather requirements, implement solutions, support tickets, maintain technical documentation, monitor Salesforce releases, and collaborate across teams in an Agile or Scrumban environment.

Generate qualified nonprofit sales opportunities through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach. Research prospects, engage decision-makers, build a rolling pipeline, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, collaborate with sales teams, communicate product value, handle objections, meet targets, and continuously improve outreach strategies.
