Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of two-way LOS integrations. Define technical requirements, manage partner relationships, support engineering and delivery teams, and ensure timely, high-quality integrations (Encompass, Empower, NetOxygen, Vesta, etc.) for strategic accounts.

Manage and grow Blend's strategic technology partnerships (70% existing, 30% new). Develop joint business plans, expand integrations and commercial relationships, renegotiate agreements, serve as primary partner contact, collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering, and build a scalable partnership program to expand the ecosystem.

Design and implement a single intake, triage, prioritization, and release-tracking process for strategic home-lending accounts. Consolidate scattered requests into one source of truth, drive cross-team adoption, report on volume/themes/status, coach CSMs on requirements quality, attend account meetings/onsites, and ensure delivery visibility from request through release notes.
