Support site safety by conducting field audits, crew and subcontractor visits, and incident investigations; assist with safety program execution, training, orientations, JHAs, and daily observations. Spend majority of time in the field and participate in OSHA safety trainings.

Provide administrative and clerical support to field personnel during utility-scale energy project installations. Duties include phone/mail handling, time entry into Heavy Jobs, ordering supplies, managing shipments, tracking equipment and time, entering timecards and employee changes, assisting with onboarding, training, and maintaining employee orientation packets and handbooks.

The Site Manager leads site teams and supervises project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and financial oversight, while liaising between project stakeholders.
