Lead operations across multiple cafes by hiring, coaching, and developing General Managers. Drive hospitality, customer experience, food safety, cleanliness, labor planning, staffing, sales, profitability, and operational standards. Partner with headquarters on initiatives and improvements, use data to solve problems, and build community relationships. The role requires regular travel between stores, hands-on leadership, and availability for 50 hours across five days, including two peak days.

Support barista and shift-lead training from onboarding through accreditation across Boston-area stores. Lead orientations, seasonal beverage training, store-opening training, coffee and matcha education, and team events. Coach employees in stores, assess training opportunities, create action plans, and partner with Operations to improve programs, processes, and standards. The role requires strong coffee expertise, presentation and communication skills, frequent travel between stores, and flexible scheduling including weekends.

Lead and deliver barista and shift lead training across Boston: onboard and accredit new hires, run group and in-store trainings, support new store openings and product launches, perform quality assessments, create actionable reports with Operations, and foster a learning culture while coaching for consistent product and hospitality standards.
