Leads sales enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support by onboarding GTM hires, translating product and campaign messaging, maintaining content, delivering training, supporting sales tools, coaching reps, and reinforcing sales methodology. The role also manages competitive intelligence, cybersecurity market awareness, certification, knowledge sharing, and training effectiveness measurement while developing scalable AI-assisted enablement solutions.

Own and grow Blackpoint Cyber’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. Develop and publish written, video, and visual content; manage community engagement, Reddit moderation, employee advocacy, social listening, analytics, and crisis communications. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, events, product, campaigns, people, and creative teams to promote cybersecurity content, partner stories, and industry events. Apply AI tools and social SEO best practices to improve workflow and performance.

Drive partner health, product adoption, onboarding, training, and long-term engagement for cybersecurity clients and partners. Provide technical support, prepare partner reviews, document processes, collaborate with GTM and Product teams, and track customer health and KPIs using ChurnZero. The role requires customer-facing technical expertise, security-industry experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and independent remote work capability.
