The Senior Business Analyst will support Salesforce business processes, manage user stories in Jira, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Lead operational execution of GTM planning for territories, quotas, and capacity. Maintain and update quota/headcount models, administer planning tools (Varicent), validate data in Salesforce, monitor territory health, and coordinate cross-functionally to roll out fiscal year transitions and in-year adjustments.

Lead partner-led GTM across Northeast and Central US to drive net-new pipeline and ARR through resellers, hyperscalers, and GSIs. Build joint business plans, enable partners, accelerate co-sell and marketplace transactions, collaborate cross-functionally, track MDF/ROI, and scale repeatable solution plays to meet partner-sourced revenue goals.
