Build and scale AI-enabled Customer Success workflows and automations across lifecycle, health, renewal, and engagement. Prototype tools, connect data systems, establish prompt/QA processes, gather CSM feedback, and measure impact to improve productivity and consistency.

Build and maintain AI-assisted go-to-market infrastructure, including automated workflows, system integrations, data-quality pipelines, and enrichment and prioritization systems. Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Evaluate GTM AI tools, lead build-versus-buy decisions, migrate legacy systems, experiment with pipeline-generation workflows, and document integrations. The role requires strong SQL, programming, API, CRM, automation, and GTM process expertise.

Build and maintain SaaS applications in a continuous delivery environment. Design and ship features, evolve core infrastructure, optimize REST APIs, write Python code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with engineers and product managers. The role requires delivering robust software with increasing independence while contributing to an Agile, cross-functional team. Preferred experience includes cloud computing, modern Python frameworks, production AI/ML integrations, AI-powered developer tools, prompt engineering, and LLM APIs.
