Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate board and executive meetings, handle confidential information, support Boston office operations, leverage AI and productivity tools, and collaborate with administrative team members.

Build and scale AI-enabled Customer Success workflows and automations across lifecycle, health, renewal, and engagement. Prototype tools, connect data systems, establish prompt/QA processes, gather CSM feedback, and measure impact to improve productivity and consistency.

Build and maintain AI-assisted go-to-market infrastructure, including automated workflows, system integrations, data-quality pipelines, and enrichment and prioritization systems. Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Evaluate GTM AI tools, lead build-versus-buy decisions, migrate legacy systems, experiment with pipeline-generation workflows, and document integrations. The role requires strong SQL, programming, API, CRM, automation, and GTM process expertise.
