Lead the roadmap and delivery of an AI-native L1 IT operations agent. Partner with customers, design partners, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship enterprise-scale capabilities, improve self-service adoption, and build trust through transparent agent experiences and feedback loops. Drive product strategy from discovery through launch in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Build and own AI platform capabilities across data ingestion, enterprise integrations, APIs, agent orchestration, RAG, vector search, knowledge graphs, authentication, and workflow automation. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, customer collaboration, technical architecture, rapid delivery, production support, and prompt engineering. Engineers are expected to work independently in ambiguous environments and use AI coding tools extensively to deliver secure, reliable enterprise AI products.

Own BigPanda’s corporate social and short-form video activation. Translate strategic narratives into social posts, executive thought leadership, videos, event content, carousels, and reusable content packages. Script, shoot, edit, caption, and publish platform-ready assets; support executives on camera; activate events in real time; and establish efficient content workflows. Monitor performance, maintain brand consistency, and use audience insights and AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and reach.
