Build and operate AI-powered marketing workflows and automations across the martech stack. Own lead capture, enrichment, conversion tracking, attribution, campaign QA, and data hygiene. Integrate tools (HubSpot, GTM/GA4, ChiliPiper, Navattic, Warmly), work with APIs/webhooks and lightweight scripting, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and rev ops to connect program execution to revenue.

Design, build, and maintain technical eLearning content for BigID University, including videos, self-paced courses, labs, and certifications. Collaborate with product, enablement, and engineering to translate complex technical concepts into clear training; leverage generative AI to accelerate content production; and audit/update learning materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
