Teams at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts

Provide hands-on support to mentoring programs: assess volunteers and youth, assist site-based programming, design and facilitate groups, manage caseloads, coach mentors and families, attend supervision and team meetings, and support program evaluation and operations.

Provide ongoing match support for Bigs, Littles, and families primarily in Spanish: conduct regular contacts (phone, email, in-person), assess match health, recommend action plans, document interactions, refer to services, coordinate and attend match activities, handle match closures, and support special projects to increase match quality and safety.

Coordinate Big Futures mentoring in a high school: teach classes, manage ~80 mentor-mentee pairs, screen and train volunteers, organize events, track participation and outcomes, liaise with school staff, and support program implementation and improvement.
