Lead design and execution of an enterprise client safety operating system across multi-site pediatric therapy centers. Own policies, incident investigations, audits, training, safety dashboards, and cross-functional implementation to protect clients, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement.

Entry-level, center-based clinician role providing ABA therapy support under BCBA mentorship. Assist with client materials, data collection, staff training, integrity checks, progress reports, and parent meeting preparation while completing supervised experience toward BCBA certification.
