Leads BeyondTrust’s global partner ecosystem strategy across resellers, distributors, technology alliances, MSSPs, and cloud marketplaces. Owns partner-sourced revenue, program governance, strategic alliances, forecasting, enablement, ecosystem metrics, and executive partner relationships. Builds and manages a distributed partnerships team while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive scalable growth, retention, and market reach.

Leads the company’s global Revenue Operations organization, including Field Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, forecasting, GTM planning, territory and quota design, revenue systems governance, and AI-enabled automation. Partners with the CFO, CRO, CMO, and Board to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline health, sales productivity, retention, data reliability, and Salesforce and RevTech execution. Builds and develops a high-performing organization supporting growth from approximately $550 million to more than $1 billion in ARR.

Develops engaging, multimedia-rich eLearning courses and technical training materials by collaborating with subject matter experts. Creates interactive modules, simulations, videos, graphics, animations, audio, and assessments using authoring, design, and video editing tools. Maintains and improves training content, explores emerging learning technologies, and manages course development independently while communicating complex concepts clearly.
