Serve as a strategic commercial finance partner across cash-pay and insurance-covered businesses. Own driver-based forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, business cases, KPI reporting, and executive communications. Analyze payer dynamics, reimbursement, revenue cycle, unit economics, marketing ROI, and customer cohorts to inform senior leadership and drive strategic decisions. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Analytics, Operations, Accounting, and FP&A on scalable models and processes.

Lead and grow a Provider Experience team to improve provider engagement, incentives, workflows, and advocacy. Drive Help Scout and cross-functional system/process optimizations, develop reporting from multiple tools, surface provider feedback, and partner across Product, Engineering, and Operations to build scalable provider-facing experiences.

Design, deploy, and maintain reliable production and corporate systems; manage configuration, security, and core infrastructure; participate in on-call incident response; build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code; monitor systems and develop tools to improve reliability and availability.
