The Recovery Specialist assists clients in achieving personal recovery goals, collaborates with supervisors, supervises the facility, and maintains records.

Provide overnight residential support to individuals in early recovery from substance use: assist with goal setting, supervise facility, search belongings as needed, document shifts, collaborate with clinical staff, and support case management and group treatment.

Provide short-term residential support for individuals in early recovery from substance use: assist clients with goals and milestones, collaborate with clinical staff, supervise facilities, search client belongings as directed, and complete shift documentation and records in accordance with agency policies.
