Serves as a strategic partner to the President of a global technology business, driving priorities, strategic initiatives, executive communications, leadership meetings, KPI reviews, and organizational follow-through. Develops board and customer materials, translates complex information into concise narratives, tracks commitments, escalates risks, and coordinates cross-functional execution across senior leadership teams.

Supports U.S. compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures, merit and bonus cycles, market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, benefits enrollment, leave administration, compliance reporting, audits, and HRIS data maintenance. The role prepares reports, resolves employee and vendor issues, maintains documentation, and partners with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to improve program accuracy and operations.
