Provides legal support for procurement and commercial contracting, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor, supplier, technology, SaaS, and professional services agreements. Advises procurement and business stakeholders on contractual risk, maintains templates and playbooks, researches relevant regulations, and supports corporate, employment, compliance, and policy matters. Manages a high-volume contract workload while escalating material legal and business risks appropriately.

Supports U.S. compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures, merit and bonus cycles, market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, benefits enrollment, leave administration, compliance reporting, audits, and HRIS data maintenance. The role prepares reports, resolves employee and vendor issues, maintains documentation, and partners with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to improve program accuracy and operations.

Three-month HR internship supporting HR policies, compliance documentation, HRIS workflows and data entry, employee communications, reporting, research, process improvement, and administrative projects. The intern will collaborate with HR leaders and business partners, maintain confidential employee information, and assist with documentation and special initiatives. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts.
