Translates admissions, financial aid, enrollment, and student success data into strategic recommendations. The role owns analytical projects, builds Tableau dashboards, tracks performance metrics, extracts and manipulates Snowflake data using SQL and Python or R, and presents findings to stakeholders and executive leadership. It also supports strategic planning and advises Student Enrollment and Engagement teams on data-driven decisions.

Provides administrative, front-desk, and office operations support for a university writing center and division. Responsibilities include managing supplies, schedules, conference rooms, communications, online content, facilities requests, office equipment, student front-desk employees, and special events. Serves as a primary contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors while supporting division leadership during peak periods and staff absences.

Leads Berklee’s experiential learning strategy across seven career communities by developing credit-bearing courses, fellowships, co-ops, internships, mentorships, and postgraduate pathways. Partners with faculty, academic leaders, and industry stakeholders; coaches students; supervises staff and ambassadors; manages budgets; supports Fulbright advising; aligns global curricula; and tracks internship completion and graduate outcomes.
