Leads enrollment analytics across admissions, financial aid, and student success. Builds Tableau dashboards, tracks KPIs, extracts and analyzes Snowflake data using SQL and Python or R, and translates findings into strategic recommendations for stakeholders and executives. Partners with institutional strategy teams on strategic plan initiatives and advises leadership through clear presentations and decision-ready data products.

Programs and operates lighting consoles for theater, opera, dance, and music productions during technical and dress rehearsals. Collaborates with lighting designers and production teams to create, revise, and maintain cues, effects, moving-light programming, and show files. Troubleshoots console and system issues, maintains equipment, communicates production updates, and trains or supervises student operators and production assistants.

Provides live piano or percussion accompaniment for ballet and modern/contemporary dance technique classes. Improvises or selects music to match instructors’ tempos, meters, phrasing, musicality, and exercise lengths; maintains consistent timing; adapts to instructional requests; and supports dancers through creative, stylistically appropriate performance. Requires advanced instrumental technique, strong musicality, improvisation, communication, and sight-reading skills. A music degree is preferred, as is prior experience accompanying dance classes.
