Support Turnaround & Restructuring client teams by building 3-statement and 13-week cash flow models, scenario and pro-forma analyses; prepare reports and presentations; collaborate with clients and advisors; assist with transactions and Chapter 11 processes; contribute to business development and practice growth.

Lead and support buy- and sell-side transaction advisory engagements including quality of earnings, working capital and financial trend analyses, financial modeling, and preparation of reports and client deliverables. Supervise project teams, identify purchase price adjustments, collaborate with experts, assist business development, and provide actionable transaction insights to clients.
