Eight-week summer associate role supporting corporate finance valuation engagements. Responsibilities include analyzing financial information, building valuation models, organizing data in Excel, using Capital IQ and Bloomberg, researching industries, and developing GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge. Associates will communicate findings, prepare reports, meet client deadlines, collaborate with teams, participate in client presentations, and support business development. Candidates must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, have a minimum 3.5 GPA, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Managing Economists design and oversee quantitative and qualitative economic, statistical, and financial analyses for litigation and consulting engagements. They develop market and financial models, manage client relationships, present deliverables, mentor junior staff, conduct quality control and industry research, and support business development. The role requires a PhD in economics, econometric modeling expertise, strong research and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and analytical database tools.

Lead Corporate Finance reporting, FP&A, and accounting activities; manage a billing team and Senior FP&A Analyst; drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI and board reporting; improve systems and ERP (Workday) processes; integrate acquired entities; provide financial insights to leadership and mentor staff in a fast-paced professional services environment.
