Teams at Bentley University

Manages all equipment operations for a collegiate ice hockey program and department-wide laundry services. Responsibilities include equipment fitting, repair, skate sharpening, inventory control, distribution, transportation, game-day preparation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and compliance with NCAA and university policies. Supervises student equipment assistants, supports practices and competitions, travels with teams, and works irregular hours in athletic facilities, locker rooms, laundry areas, and ice arenas.

Administer and optimize academic library systems, discovery platforms, electronic resource management tools, digital repositories, and resource-sharing applications. Manage electronic-resource metadata and access, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate integrations and vendor relationships, support consortium initiatives, and collaborate with library staff, IT, faculty, and students. Provide reference desk services as needed and develop best practices that improve resource discovery, accessibility, and research experiences.
