Supports the admissions team by answering prospective student questions, conducting outreach, entering enrollment data, assisting with enrollment events and orientations, and contributing to social media campaigns. The role requires strong communication, organization, independent time management, attention to detail, and comfort using databases, spreadsheets, and digital tools. It is a flexible, part-time remote internship for a currently enrolled Franklin Cummings Tech student.

Owns and advances the college’s enterprise technology environment, including Jenzabar ERP/SIS, Salesforce CRM, integrations, reporting, and data governance. Leads system configuration, upgrades, implementations, vendor relationships, technology roadmaps, compliance reporting, and cross-functional improvement projects. Supervises IT support and institutional research staff, develops training and documentation, supports user adoption, and ensures systems serve enrollment, finance, student success, and institutional planning.

Leads the College’s human resources function and advises the President and executive team on workforce strategy. Oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, culture, performance management, learning and leadership development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR systems, budgeting, and vendor relationships. The role manages HR staff and supports organizational change, employee engagement, and mission-aligned workplace practices across approximately 130 faculty and staff.

Assists Engineering Technology instructors with laboratory activities, demonstrations, projects, and hands-on student work. Supports students, prepares equipment and materials, maintains clean and organized labs and electrical stockrooms, manages inventory, demonstrates safe tool and equipment use, and reinforces laboratory safety procedures.

Lead and manage the College's financial aid operations, ensuring Title IV compliance, overseeing systems (Jenzabar J1, PowerFAIDS), vendor partnerships, staff supervision, policy development, data-driven performance improvement, and collaboration across campus to support enrollment and student success.
