Lead a team of Major Account Executives selling Benchling’s AI-powered R&D platform to global biotechnology companies. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching sellers, generating pipeline, managing forecasts and account plans, building executive relationships, guiding complex enterprise deals, partnering cross-functionally, and contributing customer insights to go-to-market strategy.

Own the roadmap and outcomes for Benchling’s Studies, Sample Testing, Process Development, and related scientific data workflows. Engage customers and go-to-market teams to identify needs, shape product direction, guide design and engineering decisions, validate solutions, and enable launches. The role requires architectural fluency, technical tool competency, strong communication, and the ability to build intuitive, scalable products for biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.
