Serve as a strategic technical advisor to biotech enterprise customers: assess IT landscapes, design and lead Benchling-based implementations, drive digital transformation, coordinate cross-functional teams, support sales and product discussions, and establish data architecture and best practices to ensure global adoption and long-term success.

Lead implementation projects for Benchling customers, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Partner with scientists and internal teams to model workflows, run UAT, create training materials, and drive adoption while identifying expansion opportunities.
