Lead IDT's Innovation PMO and R&D Operations through managers to drive portfolio execution, governance, and continuous improvement. Set PMO strategy, prioritize projects, establish governance and KPIs, run cross-functional reviews, and align senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, safe, and timely R&D delivery.
