Manages the full lifecycle of biotechnology contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, approvals, execution, administration, and recordkeeping. Advises cross-functional stakeholders on contracting structures, risks, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, and commercial considerations. Develops templates, clause libraries, procedures, workflows, training, and contracting-system improvements while managing a high-volume portfolio. Supports clinical, research, manufacturing, procurement, technology, and corporate activities and provides guidance to Contracts team members.

Supports Beam’s G&A enterprise applications across finance, HR, legal, and operations. Leads implementations, enhancements, requirements gathering, release management, production support, issue resolution, documentation, SOX compliance, data governance, reporting, and process optimization. Partners with stakeholders and vendors to define technology roadmaps and identify opportunities to use AI, including Microsoft Copilot and AI agents, to improve business processes and user experience.

Leads daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment execution, vendor management, AP aging, and close support. Maintains internal controls and SOX compliance, supports audits, improves workflows, develops procedures, and mentors AP team members. Collaborates with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure accurate, timely payments and reporting.
