Conducts high-parameter flow cytometry experiments, cell sorting, assay and platform development, data analysis, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination. The role supports preclinical and translational research programs, maintains electronic laboratory records, trains researchers on cytometers and sorters, presents findings, and assists with core laboratory scheduling and vendor coordination.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to leaders across complex business areas. Leads HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, change management, and leadership coaching. Implements people policies and programs, analyzes HR trends and metrics, manages complex employee matters, supports organizational growth, leads cross-functional initiatives, and mentors junior team members while strengthening culture and workforce effectiveness.

Leads Beam Therapeutics’ Massachusetts GMP Quality Control organization, overseeing release, stability, method qualification, validation, and transfer testing. Manages QC staff, laboratory investigations, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, data integrity, equipment and system readiness, training, inspection preparation, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally to support clinical manufacturing, commercial and BLA readiness, regulatory inspections, and compliant laboratory operations.
