As an Account Executive, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing effective communication and sales skills to meet quotas. Support clients by demonstrating product value and addressing their needs.

Provide high-touch technical support across chat, phone, and portal channels for enterprise clients. Troubleshoot User Access, Connections, Reporting, and Syndication issues, escalate appropriately, create and maintain KCS knowledge articles, use AI and automation to accelerate resolutions, meet KPIs and CSAT targets, train and mentor new hires, and partner with product and engineering to improve workflows and product integrations.

The Account Director - SMB will manage client relationships, drive sales renewals, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
