Facilitates Strengthening Families Program sessions for children ages 3–5 and supports family skills training. Delivers curriculum activities, leads participant discussions, coaches families, collects data, monitors attendance, maintains confidential records, attends trainings and debriefs, and reports suspected abuse or neglect. The role requires strong communication, organization, cultural responsiveness, and experience working with children, families, caregivers, or groups.

Conduct client intake interviews, assess needs, assist clients with electronic benefits applications (SNAP, MassHealth, SSI/SSDI, veterans benefits), perform outreach to agencies and communities, and cross-train on actuarial risk/needs assessment and contingency management tools to support client essential needs.

Supports Community Justice Support Center clients in identifying, applying for, and maintaining public benefits and community resources. Conducts needs intakes, submits MassHealth and SNAP applications, assists with SSI, SSDI, and veterans benefits, conducts community and agency outreach, and performs substance testing procedures while maintaining chain of custody. Requires an associate degree in human services, at least one year of case management experience, strong computer skills, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable background check.
