Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and interns, handling pre-employment checks, offer letters, orientation, records maintenance, and department-specific onboarding. Serve as primary contact for new employees, partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition, and identify process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.

Supervise and engage children ages 0-12 during a 2-hour weekly Strengthening Families program: lead age-appropriate activities, maintain safety and cleanliness, follow emergency procedures, coordinate with staff, report concerns, and support an inclusive environment. Driving is required.

Bay State Community Services offers bachelor-level internships in behavioral health across outpatient, residential, and home-based settings. Interns receive supervised clinical/generalist training, work with youth and families, complete required internship hours and supervision, and gain skills in systems serving vulnerable populations.
