Facilitates Strengthening Families Program sessions for children ages 3–5 and supports family skills training. Delivers curriculum activities, leads participant discussions, coaches families, collects data, monitors attendance, maintains confidential records, attends trainings and debriefs, and reports suspected abuse or neglect. The role requires strong communication, organization, cultural responsiveness, and experience working with children, families, caregivers, or groups.

Conduct client intake interviews, assess needs, assist clients with electronic benefits applications (SNAP, MassHealth, SSI/SSDI, veterans benefits), perform outreach to agencies and communities, and cross-train on actuarial risk/needs assessment and contingency management tools to support client essential needs.

Requires an associate degree in human services, at least one year of case management experience, strong computer skills, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable background check.

Create a safe, welcoming environment; lead age-appropriate activities; assist with meals; set up and clean up materials; communicate with caregivers; maintain confidential records; follow safety procedures; and report emergencies or parent needs to the Site Coordinator.
